He vivido aquí un año y 10 meses y todo ha sido bueno, incluso cuando los nuevos propietarios se hicieron cargo, les tomó tiempo acostumbrarse a ellos y a las cosas que estaban agregando a la propiedad, ¡pero me parece muy relajante y tranquilo aquí! Alma siempre me responde sin importar si es en persona o por correo electrónico y Tony viene a hacer órdenes de trabajo y en realidad explica todo lo que está haciendo para que pueda entenderlo completamente.

El complejo de apartamentos es muy limpio y tranquilo, la administración es amable y servicial, el mantenimiento es muy agradable y rápido para responder a un problema, hasta ahora todos los que he conocido en el complejo son amables, lo más importante es que no hay cualquier persona sombría que entra y sale como en otros lugares.

I love living here. This is actually my third year, and I will say that they have made some amazing upgrades to the property! This community is safe, quiet and wonderful! The front office responds VERY quickly to any issues you might be having. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is interested in moving to Tucson. Affordable as well! I could not be happier and will be here for some time.

Love it here! When I was first looking for apartments for rent, Verrano was the best priced. Application process was nice and easy, and the staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The complex itself is amazing, lots of trees and shade between the buildings. It’s so quiet as well, at all hours of the day all you can hear is the wind through the trees - it is SO relaxing! Management has an open door whenever you need help or have a question. The community feels like home as soon as you step in!

Verrano Park has all to recommend; pool, dog park, security patrol, workout room, computers with a printer. Management is good & so dedicated. Pool and spa are opened all year. Laundry room is open 24/7!
