I have lived here a year and 10 months and everything has been good even when the new owners took over it took time to get use to them and the stuff that they were adding to the property but I find it very relaxing and peaceful here! Alma always respond to me no matter if it's in person or email and Tony comes to do work orders and actually explains everything he is doing so I can fully understand.

The Apartment Complex is very clean and quiet, the Management is friendly and helpful, the maintenance is very nice and quick to respond to a problem, so far everyone I have met in the complex is friendly, most importantly though, is there aren't any shady people coming and going like in some other places.

I love living here. This is actually my third year, and I will say that they have made some amazing upgrades to the property! This community is safe, quiet and wonderful! The front office responds VERY quickly to any issues you might be having. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is interested in moving to Tucson. Affordable as well! I could not be happier and will be here for some time.

Love it here! When I was first looking for apartments for rent, Verrano was the best priced. Application process was nice and easy, and the staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The complex itself is amazing, lots of trees and shade between the buildings. It’s so quiet as well, at all hours of the day all you can hear is the wind through the trees - it is SO relaxing! Management has an open door whenever you need help or have a question. The community feels like home as soon as you step in!

Verrano Park has all to recommend; pool, dog park, security patrol, workout room, computers with a printer. Management is good & so dedicated. Pool and spa are opened all year. Laundry room is open 24/7!
